o If the products you received do not match the specifications mentioned in the store, are broken or have a malfunction
o Contact customer service through one of the contact options on the contact page
o Make sure that the products have not been used and that they are returned in their original packaging as you received them
o We will arrange to receive the products from you at the same delivery address
o If your order was by credit card or bank transfer, the full amount will be returned to the card or account that was used.
o If your order is cash on delivery, you will receive a credit that can be cashed in the store for the value of the returned products.
o This service is only available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
o Returning the amount to the credit card or bank account requires 7 to 14 working days to appear in your bank statement.
o Used or damaged products in their packaging will not be received as return merchandise
o This service does not include malfunctions and fractures due to misuse
o If your order is returned to us by the shipping company because you have not received it for more than five days, we will deduct the shipping costs and return the remaining amount to your card or account that was used within 14 working days from the date of its return to us
o If you want to return a product that is intact and free of defects: the customer will be responsible for sending it to the store address. After making sure that it has not been used and in its original envelope, the amount will be returned
